Above and beyond

The camera is the easy part.

Anyone can hand you a thermal image with a hot spot on it. The value is in knowing whether that hot spot is a bearing about to seize or a motor doing exactly what it should under load — and in documenting it so your electrician, your roofer or your insurer can act on it without a second visit.

We survey under real operating conditions, record the load at the time of the scan, and give every finding a severity so you can decide what gets fixed this week and what waits for the next outage.

Drone surveys

Low-slope commercial roofs run to hundreds of thousands of square feet. Aerial thermal imaging covers the whole membrane in one pass and shows saturation patterns that are invisible from a ladder or a walk-over.

A single survey finds today’s problems. An annual survey builds a baseline, so next year’s scan shows you what is changing — which is what turns inspection into prediction.

Utah-based. We travel for commercial work.

Most of our facility work is along the Wasatch Front, but industrial and portfolio jobs take us across the Mountain West and nationally. If the site justifies the trip, we will quote it.
